Trial Instructional Flight (TIF)

Trial Instructional Flights give everyone a chance to see for oneself just how much fun it is to fly Microlights. Flights last for about 15 minutes and will cost you Rs 1500/-, chocks on to chocks off.

Prior to your flight, your instructor will brief you on how to steer the aircraft with the dual controls. During your flight, you will be given a chance to take over the controls of the aircraft, so that you can see for yourself just how easy and safe they are to fly.

After enjoying your flight, you may want more details of how to go on and achieve a Pilot's Licence (Microlights), Or you may need a bit more time to make up your mind, before making too much of a commitment.

To give you that extra time, we offer introductory courses of 2 & 10 hours.

Two Hour Flying Training

Time & Duration - 2 hours flying training, 4 sorties of 30 min each & and one hour of ground time spent learning about Microlights. This involves dual flying with your instructor; it can be done over 2 days/weekend.

Learning -After 2 days of flying you will be able to take-off, climb, descent, maneuver the aircraft with ease.

Our Charges will be Rs 5,000/- per hour, for your training.

At the end of it, if you feel Microlights are not for you then you will have spent a little money, learnt basics of flying and would have had a great time.

Ten - Hour Flying Training will cover

Time & Duration - You could do this by spreading your flying over 7-10 days or in two sessions of 5 days each. This will again be 10-12 sorties of 30-60 minute duration and as many ground lessons.

Flying will be in the safety of a dual-controlled aircraft with your instructor. Over a period of about 10 hours, you will surely learn to fly and will be able to do most of the flying by your self. In addition to basic training one will be introduced to cross country flying.

Learning - We start you off by familiarising you with the aircraft while it's still on the ground and then we go flying and show you how all the basic controls work in the air. By the end of the course you will be able to control the aircraft in straight and level flight, climb, descend, take-off, land and as well as being able to steer it to follow roads and railways.

Our Charges will be Rs 5,000/- per hour, for your training.

This is an ideal way to determine if you want to continue without having to commit to a full training programme, right at the beginning.

On need basis, we could provide transport and basic accommodation for a nominal charge.
